Am I good enough?

How to overcome your insecurities? Each and every one of us has our own insecurities especially when it comes to our body. To be specific when it comes to the ladies, I don't understand how a lot of men narrows down the preference of a woman's body which makes us more insecure?. Either they want big boobs or big ass they would say "I'm not really into her just because she doesn't have big boobs, I'm a boob man" or, "I'm more into ass" like seriously.. The female body is so beautiful and amazing that it needs to be appreciated in every way. Either Big, petite, curvy, flat it doesn't matter because everybody deserves to be called beautiful.

 To be honest, sometimes I feel very insecure abut myself but for me to overcome this thinking I just think differently, I would always tell myself there's something about me that is different and stands out to some people out there, and who will truly appreciate me to what I am and what I have. Remember CONFIDENCE is very sexy. And it's always about your attitude and personality to others. Yes, you are very pretty but if your attitude stinks then you should be insecure about your personality. 

Always remember we are all unique and never let society or whoever tell you that you are not enough. Someone who is very close to me  sent me a beautiful quote,  "In every female's imperfection is a man's perfection" <3 While writing this I was actually thinking about this quote to what it actually means. In my own perspective, I think this quote means that, if you think you are insecure about your body, it means somebody out there thinks that every flaws that you have is beautiful. If someone isn't happy about yourself, honey, just raise your hand, stick out that middle finger and say screw it! So always remember always have your head up high, be confident to who you are, and remember that personality always counts first! ;)

Read this when you start to feel weak

                              Too much can hurt

         

Love someone who doesn't love you back? hurts isn't it? You try to give them everything and all you can for them but never appreciate what you do.You try to wait and wait and wait until you think they can feel the same way. you know the fact that they don't love you but afraid to face the truth. I'm sorry if you're dealing with such a tough situation. Often times we make a very simple fact much more complicated than it actually is. If you already know the guy or girl does not want to be with you but you aren't ready to accept it... LET GO. There are a lot of reasons to the question why.It can be they're dealing with a lot and if I were you just let them deal with it for now. Don't let him or her use you when it's convenient for him or her. 

I know it's really really hard to love someone and walk away from it because that's just a very unnatural thing for us as humans to do. Do not wait for him/her. If  you guys are supposed to end up together, you will.  But waiting is just going to hurt you. Just as much as you want him or her to love you, you should also want him/her to respect you. If they see you waiting around for them, sacrificing your own happiness in hopes that he/she will eventually feel the same, he/she will not respect you.
Even though they might be upset when you walk away, he will respect you because you cared enough about yourself and your own happiness to walk away from something that was hurting you.

when a guy cries

Don’t you just hate it when a guy cries in front of you? Or you see a guy crying in the movies… It’s heartbreaking. Just to think of it, every one of us are used to seeing women cry ,and when you see a man crying it’s different. You see the real emotion; it feels like you can feel the hurt, tears of joy, sympathy. To be honest I've never seen my dad cry in front of me, I don’t know how I’ll feel or act if I do. I've seen some guy cry in front of me and I didn't know what to do, seeing the tear run down their cheeks, it fucking broke my heart. </3

When a man cries in my opinion it’s a real serious shit, you barely see them cry but when they do that means whatever reason it was they are solemn about it. I find it very hard to see a man cry. I guess it’s because men in my eyes are tough and strong. 
At the same time I kinda like it when a guy cries in front of me. it shows their true feelings and to what they really are. It's okay to cry. It doesn't make you less tough if you do, because a real man cries. 

I don't want to be called perfect

I don't want to be called perfect,

or beautiful or special

We have overused those words

to the point where their meanings

no longer hold the eloquence

they used to.

Instead I want to be called

breathtaking,

or alluring

or unparalleled.

I want to be called something 

like that so then

I know I'm not

average to them.

I'm not 'perfect'

because that would 

be too easy of a

word to think-up.

I want to know that they 

have spent their time

thinking of me

wondering about me

and imaging me.

Treat her right. Plain and Simple

I know it can be hard to please her sometimes, but it's worth in the end.

Remember that she is your happiness, your world. She should be the first person you talk to in the morning, the last person you whisper "Goodnight" to.

She will always be there for you when you're the happiest, when you're at your lowest. She'll cook for you and care for you, so treat her like a queen.Girls are delicate creatures. Think before you say. Think before you act. They take every little mistake you make and multiply it by thousand. 

When you're fighting, sometimes it's better to put your relationship before your own pride. You're not helping her by making her upset. And never, ever, under any condition, let her go to sleep crying. She'll resent you for it for the rest of your days.

Don't forget to make her feel special everyday. Open doors, go shopping, Hell, make dinner for her! The more you show her you love her, the more she'll give you in return. Remember that an " I LOVE YOU" via text is never as special as one in person.

Courting never ends when she says yes. Court her everyday. Court her when she's sad. Court her when she is having a bad day. Court her everyday. Court her forever. And in return? Her smiles everyday. Happiness from her face everyday. Everyday full of hugs, kisses, and I love you's from her. If you love her, she's not the happiest here. But you.

Show her off to your brothers, sisters, friends, family. Don't be ashamed of her. She's never been ashamed of your dorky ass. Look, she doesn't really need much in a relationship; fancy jewellery, money. She just wants to feel like she matters to you. That's not asking for much.

But if you haven't learned a thing from reading this, remember this. Love her unconditionally, loyally, and keep her close. Love her with everything you've got; emotionally, mentally and physically. Because I swear, if you won't treat you her right, someone else definitely will. Maybe not now, but eventually it will get there. And letting her go will be the greatest mistake you are gonna regret for the rest of your life.

Every thought, form, feeling, situation in life is temporary. Every problem this this too shall pass 

This too shall pass

I got this tattoo because it has a lot of meaning to me. It reminds me everyday that whatever problems you go through this problem is just temporary, that you"ll get through it. This too shall pass. Every problems should count as blessings because it shows how strong you are and it helps you learn especially life. Always think positive in whatever you do, think that problems are like gifts and think that everything happens for a reason. Let any negative thoughts erase your mind and you'll be happy. I have this favorite quote that always motivates me solve any conflicts i go through. " if you had one goal, and that was to feel good. You would live successfully and happily." Positive mind makes you feel good, so every problems you are going throught right now either financial, love, job, family,friends, school, etc., think that everythings going to be okay. Not just okay but better as long as you think positive. :)

All These Things You Wish You'd Say

"She deserves better; you say.I say: You're a goddamn coward. What she deserves is an actual person she can connect with. She deserves you, or me or the entire world; she deserves someone achingly real and honest. She deserves a human being equally raw to pursue her and love her and, perhaps,destroy her emotionally.but she deserves all that as well. She doesn't deserve anyone's sugary fairytale. She deserves to float freely, with you, or me, or the world, into the very depths of her own psychosynthesis. She deserves to explore the meaning of the word "intimacy",with someone beside her that will care regardless. She fucking deserves all of it. So, pluck up the courage and be with her or leave her in peace but don't you dare "sell" her your own "inadequacy" as a lie so that, again, you manage to comfort your conscience and eventually come to feel that you love her exactly because you're letting her go. Because, darling, that's bullshit. That's only you own little self- created lie laying behind a much bigger lie; it's not even properly concealed within itself, you fucking idiot.

Import Modelling

Today I'm going to talk about Import Modelling. I get a lot of emails questions regarding how is it like to be an import model, how much do I make by doing it, why did I choose to be in this kind of industry, do I make anything out of it? Well, to answer these questions. I chose to do import modelling because I was introduced to it by a friend who needed a model for his friend's car. I actually had second thoughts about it. I've always liked cars since when I was a child, growing up with my uncles who were car enthusiast, owning their own carshops in the Philippines made me love cars. Anyways, back to the story to how I started, I go to car shows just because I love cars but hey why not model for it. ;) I was actually more into glamour and fashion modelling and the experienced in the import industry was actually more fun. I got to meet new friends and new interesting people. Plus I do it just because I love posing in front of cameras, you may call it conceited but whatever atleast I'm not harming anyone. Plus I call it a hobby :)

Being in this industry has a lot of advantage and disadvantage. First advantage is that you meet new people from different countries, Also, my self esteem boosted up ever since I started. I'm actually very shy and being able to stand in front of cameras made me feel like I can be out of my comfort zone. Also, a lot of girls are very insecure when it comes to their face and body. I admit I don't have two huge melons popping out of my chest but that's not even important, i  think in this industry you just have to have the personality to a.) repping the company you are working for. b.) for your fans. c.) everyday life

If you wanna survive in this kind of industry you should always face the disadvantages. One of the disadvantage that I faced was losing some important friends in my life. When I started I got a lot of comments from them by saying what I'm doing isn't right, or I'm getting too liberated, talk or such as " Sharlyn, you shouldn't be doing this or that",  and also a lot of talk shits. In my own perspective, if they're truly my friends they would just be happy and supportive  to what I do. But I'm also happy because I knew who were truly my friends were, and they\re always there to help me and stick through my side. :)

Another disadvantage is some guys won't even take me serious. Trust me you will meet a lot of perverted and creepy guys. Plus faced new stalkers! LOL. But that's okay I don't really give a f**k about them :p all I know is there's one guy out there for me who will treat my like his princess and won't even care about just the looks and who will take me serious.

Anyways, I'm just happy that I got to experienced being in this industry. I love the people who I work with. The models that I call my girls <3 (you guys know who you all are ;) ).   and to the amazing photographers who are very patient working with us!
