Perks of Long Distance Relationship

                                                               Long Distance Relationship

Three words that mostly people are scared of... Long... Distance...Relationship...

Skype, Facebook, Social Media, story of my life. Yes I'm in a long distance relationship. No it's not easy. Yes it's worth every moment. I would have never thought that I myself will experience LDR. I remember when I was talking to a friend of mine who was recently dealing with LDR, telling her I will never ever be in this kind of situation. But one day boom! I'm in the same situation. 12 hours of time difference, his daytime is my night, what else can go wrong? The feeling of loneliness that you experience when you leave him behind as your plane flies out and he’s not there beside you. Hate dramatic goodbyes at the airport. . Let me tell you something. It is tough. The time I had to leave him was one of the worse feeling I have ever felt in my entire life, but also one of the happiest. It's like eating sour patches. Sour-Sweet-Gone. In order for a long distance relationship to work all you really need is trust, love, loyalty,a big patience, and COMMUNICATION!  I'm tired of hearing people saying it will never work out, but no f*ck was given as long as we both know that we will never be affected to any negativity from others. We may be far away from each other but distance won't stop us. I heard that people who are facing LDR are the most bravest ones, and that Long distance is the most easiest to fall in love. You learn to love the person for who they really are emotionally, mentally, and not physical. In the end, when you are together this strong bond will become more stronger without any doubt of who this person really is. That what makes this kind of relationship so special. Skype dates, Crying, doing things together, fighting, challenges that makes it special. The times that you miss them so much, craving for their physical presence, missing every little things they do that makes you smile. It stings when I see other happy couples together, hugging, laughing, holding hands, doing things that you wish you could be doing with you love one. Sucks isn't it? One thing what makes LDR so special is it is BEAUTIFUL. Because you live for the beautiful moments, how you cherish every moment you talk, memorize how they laugh, never ending stories of how their day went, limitless serious conversation and NO SLEEP are the best. So for the people out there who are dealing with LDR you should feel special, because all these things are worth it. Always remember Distance can be measure. Love cannot. Love will therefore always, always overcome distance. <3 Always be happy! Ciao! :)
